Is Numo right for a business like mine?
Numo is built for small shops, trading and wholesale firms, contractors and service companies in Saudi Arabia. If you sell, buy, hold stock and owe VAT, it fits. If you are unsure, try the live demo or ask us.
Is Numo ZATCA compliant?
Phase 1 is live: simplified invoices carry the ZATCA QR code. Phase 2 (Fatoora integration and signing) is coming and available on request. We will not call it certified until it is.
Do I get Arabic invoices?
Yes. Invoices and PDFs print in English, Arabic or both, and the interface works right to left.
Where is my data kept, and is it backed up?
Numo runs on dedicated cloud servers in Europe with daily encrypted backups stored offsite. We do not claim Saudi data residency.
Can I bring my existing customers and items?
Yes. We help you import customers, suppliers and items from Excel when you start.
What happens when I outgrow Starter?
